Weekly Recap: September 5–11

The Mooning Monkey community is truly soaring through great heights. From the recent updates on our project to our fun discord events, there’s always something new for the community. In case you missed our announcements and events, here is a recap:

Crypto Academy Live Lecture

Learning is even more fun when you’re doing it with the Mooning Monkey community. For last week’s discussion, we learned about Ethereum merge. We first started with the general information about the merge, followed by the difference between the proof of stake vs. proof of work, the common misconceptions about the merge, what it means for the future, and how to position yourself. It was a clear and fun discussion which our members enjoyed. To cap the event, we conducted a quiz to test their knowledge and reward them with DC Event Points.

Quarter 3 Updates

Quarter 3 has a lot in store for the Mooning Monkey community. One of the updates we shared is the completion of our Dark Days Comic Book. This colorful and adventurous comic book will entertain you with its amazing storyline as well as it’s benefits that you can gain from owning a page.

Discord Events

Our week wouldn’t be complete without our Weekly Discord Events. Last week, we conducted our Rumble Royale where we have more than 20 participants for each round. Do remember that we will be summarizing your Rumble Royale points each week and the top players will receive Discord Event points.

Aside from Rumble Royale, our member’s knowledge of flags and locations were tested during our Trivia Night. They also had loads of fun guessing the image in our Gartic Contest and we closed our week with our Casino Winners.
